Marks Proccessing System
The marks processing system allow every teacher to be registered into the system and assigned the subjects each according to classes they take through. Each teacher will log into the system using the details registered to him and enter the marks of each subject at a time according to classes. The system will allow easy navigation while entering the marks. The marks entered are arranged according to best to least performed. The system will also allow students to be registered into the system. It captures the use of improved human computer interaction while modifying students’ details or deleting registered students.
The overall student marks are retrieved according to class. The students are positioned automatically by the system according to their total marks ranging from position one to last position. The student result slip generated by the system is available for print by the system administrator or titular teacher.
Student Marks Report
Once every teacher has entered the marks of the subject(s) he teach, the system auto-generate the students marks report with their respective class ranks from the first to the last. The system allows the system administrator and titular teacher to access and print the students result slips. The student marks report shows student details, school information including logo and address, marks obtained in each subject, and the rank.
We also recognize that every school is unique, thus we design custom marks report template for every school. In case the school has different education levels (eg: nursery, primary, and secondary), we design multiple marks reports templates.
Students Promotion
The exercise of students promotion is carried once in a year - often at the end of an academic year. This can be done by either school administrator or by titular teacher of a specifc class. During students promotion, a student can ether be promoted to the next level of repeat the same year.
Marks Tabulation Sheet
Iris Educaton App is developed in a way that gives the users an intuitive experience. Provided that every teacher is privileged to only enter the marks of the subject he teaches, the school administrator and titular teacher of a specific class can browse the marks of all students in all subjects. The system also provide a data-export option that allows to export data in various formats for further manipulations.
