School Management
Iris Education App enables the management of educational and administrative tasks without hassle. The school management includes management of platform users (school administrators, teachers, accountants, parents, and students). From the platform, the users can also apply for employment leave and the admin either approve or reject the request. In addition to this, the students attendance is fully managed through the platform.
Manage Teachers
This feature allows the school administrator to create user account for newly recruited teacher, manage and delete an existing teacher account. The school administrator is privileged to assign a titular teacher to a class, and assign teachers to different subjects they teach.
Employment Leave
Iris Education App ensures that everything is done from everywhere, hence enabling the school staff to apply for employment leave completely online. A school staff member will navigate through the platform and complete a leave application form specifying the leason of application, the intended leave start date and leave end date, then submit in a single click. The school administrator will be able to review all applcations and either approve or reject the application. The system automatically sends the SMS and WhatsApp notification to the applicant.
Attendance Management
The platform provides an easy way of tracking class attendance and auto generate monthly attenance report for each class. With class attendance system, the teachers can update the attendance status for every student in a class and put a comment where necessary for the reason of absence. All class attendance data are stored on a secured server and can be retrieved anytime.
