Class Management
Class management module enables both school administrator and titular class to manage classes, class sections and subjects/courses. This include adding a new and managing existing classes, class sections, and courses.
Manage Classes
This features gives access to school administrator to create a class and assign it to titular teacher. Once a titular teacher is assigned to a class, the system grants him access to add class subjects, assign teachers to to subjects in his class, view the tabulation sheet, attend students promotion at the end of the academic year, and access the marks reports of students in his class.
Manage Class Sections
The school administrator has the permission to create a new and manage existing class sections. This is done in case the class has more than one class sections (eg: P1A, P1B, and P1C...).
Manage Subjects
This is where either the school administrator or titular teacher manage class subjects. While adding a subject, a user needs to specify the maxima, the teacher in charge, and the class where the subject will be taught.
